Our dryer was taking like three cycles just to dry a load of towels. Called on a Sunday and somebody actually answered, had a tech out Tuesday morning. He pulled a genuinely gross amount of lint out of the vent and showed me photos before and after. Back to one cycle now. No upsell, no nonsense.
